I became aware of Pursuing the Truth Ministries when I needed a reputable resource regarding women in ministry. Pastor Cunningham's article "The Place of Women" was not only informative but liberating for me. I have passed on information about the web site to so many people and made copies of this article to pass as well (my pastor asked for a copy) . It is an invaluable tool for ministry. As a woman who is not a "duck in a row" Christian, I have been told I have a Jezebel spirit, named as a paranoid woman and ostracized by church leaders. Notwithstanding, God has used me to uncover evil and wicked behavior on the part of those church leaders to the point of calling out that two of those churches would close. My husband and I were asked to leave in no uncertain terms when one of the churches we were attending placed itself under a cult. Even though I worked in conjunction with an international organization dedicated to exposing these situations (cultwatch.com) and provided enough information to prove unequivocally to the leadership that this was true, we were asked to leave and the church continues to this day. I have written proof of my involvement. Lately, God placed me in charge of starting a pregnancy care center. The church we were attending (the richest and most powerful in this community) at first appeared to be helping with the ministry but as time went by, they were really working against everything that God wanted in place. I confronted the pastor and his wife and when they couldn't change my mind, they had their elder call to verbally berate me and my efforts on behalf of this center. I was forced to resign.. In conclusion, it has finally dawned onus that God has been sending us to these churches over a period of years to proclaim the truth. Our heart is to share the truth with our Christian family.

After studying with Pastor. Cunningham over the past few years I have been blessed in many ways, especially with the understanding of God's word. I thank the Lord for his input and his honesty and loyalty to the teaching of the word, I pray that he will continue to be blessed by GOD and that the PTTM will continue to grow and touch people all over the world also; that I will be used as a beechen in this wonderful ministry; in the near future. Thank you William R. Cunningham for posting the document - Living a LIfe in Christ. I excepted Christ into my life years ago, but have been experiencing great stress in my life. I've sinned numerous times with only God as a direct witness. I felt lost, hopeless, confused, and tired. Your article has reminded me of my belief. It's refocused my spiritual goal of living a Godly life, even when not in the public eye. Thank you so much and may our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ bless you richly.

I thank God for Pastor Bill who brings a fresh perspective to a relationship with God. His pursuit for the truth has given him true revelation and drives him to share the truth with others. He loves people. His love for people motivates him to teach God's Word from the Bible resulting in a liberation and release from bondage because you know God's word for yourself - not what someone has taught you. Daily, as I study the Word, I am beginning to feel the same unconstraint that dogmas and rules that each denomination imposes on you. Each Sunday I feel the ropes of bondage that tied me up falling away - which enables me to see God in a whole new light - more personal, more closer, more real - like you and me. Each Sunday we study (and I mean study) each verse of the Bible which not only helps you to understand what you read and but has torn down false teachings. We study the bible, use the bible dictionary, Strong Concordance, geography, biblical customs, etc. Also, at the end of each lesson, we have the opportunity to ask questions. Join us each Sunday starting at 9:00 a.m. for bible study (its awesome) and 10:30 for service. If you truly are ready to pursue God's Word, your life will never be the same.

I was dedicated member of another church, where I was involved in three different ministries, secrurity,muscian,and arms bearer(person who helps the pastor in and outside of the church)I was a regular tither and completed all required new members classes. But, yet I felt that something was empty in my life. And, I met Pastor Bill and Carla, and this not a plug for pastor, but the lord put a message in his sermon that I had been feeling for a long time about living for God proudly and worshipping in a not so traditional forum. without losing the values of life through the teaching of Jesus Christ. I am proud to be a member of this new ministrie.
